Fiberglass Insulation
Fiberglass insulation is a commonly used insulating material made of fine glass fibers through the process of spinning, weaving or pressing. It has excellent insulating properties and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in electrical, electronic, construction, aerospace and other fields.
Insulation performance: glass fiber insulation material has good electrical insulation performance, can effectively isolate the current, prevent current leakage and electric shock accidents. It has high insulation resistance and insulation strength, and can withstand high voltage and electric field stress.
High-temperature resistance: fiberglass insulating material has good high-temperature resistance, and can maintain stable insulating properties in high-temperature environments. In general, fiberglass insulation materials can withstand hundreds of degrees Celsius, some special high-temperature fiberglass insulation materials can even withstand thousands of degrees Celsius.
Chemical corrosion resistance: fiberglass insulating material has good corrosion resistance to many chemicals, can be in the acid, alkali, organic solvents and other corrosive media in the long-term stability of use.
Mechanical strength: Fiberglass insulation materials have high mechanical strength and can resist mechanical stresses such as tensile, bending and compression. They usually have good abrasion and impact resistance, and can maintain stable performance in harsh environments.
Lightweight and Flexible: Fiberglass insulations have a lower density and better flexibility than metals and other insulating materials. This makes them easier to apply and able to accommodate parts of different shapes and sizes.
Fiberglass insulating materials have a wide range of applications in electrical equipment, electronics, wires, insulating panels, insulation materials, building materials, and more. They are used as insulating coverings, insulating gaskets, insulating tubes, insulating felts, insulating papers, etc., to protect electrical components, isolate currents and heat, provide structural strength and fire resistance, etc. In addition, fiberglass insulation is used as a thermal protection material in aerospace for thermal and fire-resistant applications.
