Polyurethane enameled wires have high heat resistance with temperature ratings of 200 or more and good solderability and physical properties.
High-temperature graded PAUR wire enamel, the steps mainly include the synthesis of imine, ethanolamine-modified polyester resin, the synthesis of '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate trimer, the synthesis of end-capped isocyanate resin and the preparation of polyurethane envelope wire enamel, wherein said imine, the synthesis step of ethanolamine-modified polyester resin is prepared by: adding diethylene glycol, diethanolamine, trimethylolpropane, tris-( 2-hydroxyethyl) chloro isocyanuric acid ester and catalyst, heated to 100°C-120°C, then add imine dimer. Dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) with part of the dianhydride and modification, stirring to dissolve, heating to 140°C-150°C to react for more than 4h, heating to 220°C-230°C to react for more than 12h, when the head temperature is lower than 65°C for vacuum operation until the viscosity is between 1300-1800mPas (measured at 25°C), stop the vacuum operation, add Cresol and xylene melting until clarified and solid content constantly stirring 44% to make imine, ethanolamine modified polyester resin.
