Proportion of raw materials
The waterproof coating for enameled wire enamels consists of the following components by weight: polyurethane modified acrylate light-curing resin 20-45%, polyurethane resin 20-60%, fluorocarbon waterproofing function diluent 14-30%, light-curing cross-linking agent 5-10% % diluent, and 1-5% photoinitiator. Light-curing waterproof coating is prepared by pre-mixing and pre-curing the components at a temperature of 20-25 °C.

How to make waterproof coating for enameled wire?
(1) Photosensitive polyurethane modified polyacrylate resin and polyurethane resin are prepared proportionally and obtained by high-speed mixing.
(2) Add water-repellent fluorocarbon functional diluent and photosensitive bridging diluent into the reactor slowly and stir until mixed;
(3) Slowly add the photoinitiator while stirring, stirring evenly and sealing to obtain the light-curing coating.
Preferably, said preparation method is carried out at 20-25°C.
