120 °C polyvinyl aldehyde filament (PVF) continuous enameled change-over conductor

The 120 °C Polyvinylal (PVF) single wire enameled continuous transposition conductor is one of the CTCs used in transmission transformers or substation transformers and is made of a single polyvinylal (PVF) enameled wire.

Detailed requirements
Shorting of the basic conductor is not permitted.
Enameled wire: 120 °C The epoxy resin polyvinyl aldehyde (PVF) coated main conductor must be bonded at a temperature of 120 °C. The enamel coating of the core layer must be bonded to the main conductor.
The enamel coating of the core layer must be free of cracks and tightly bonded to the core.
The breakdown voltage of the basic conductor must be at least 2000 V in the initial state.
