Straight Solderability Round Polyurethane Enameled Copper Wire is a special enameled wire with a polyurethane enamel layer, which has excellent straight solderability. The enameled layer of this copper round wire has good high temperature resistance, good electrical insulation and mechanical strength, and can maintain good insulation and mechanical properties under harsh high temperature working environment, high humidity and high pressure.
The main features of directly welded polyurethane enameled copper wire are as follows:
(1) Good direct weldability: the lacquer layer of weldable polyurethane enameled copper round wire has good direct weldability, which can be used to connect circuits by direct welding, avoiding the cumbersome welding process. Traditional enameled wires are etched and stripped of lacquer to improve production efficiency.
(2) Good performance of high temperature resistance: the lacquer layer of direct-soldered polyurethane enameled copper wire can maintain stable electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength under high-temperature environments, and can withstand higher temperature ranges.
(3) Good electrical insulation performance: the enamel layer of direct-soldered polyurethane enameled copper wire has good electrical insulation performance, which can avoid the phenomenon of electric leakage and arc pulling, and ensure the safety and reliability of the circuit.
(4) High mechanical strength: the enameled layer of direct-soldered polyurethane enameled copper wire has high mechanical strength, can withstand certain tension and pressure, and is not easy to fracture, cracking and deformation.
(5) Good corrosion resistance: the lacquer layer of straight brazed polyurethane enameled copper wire has excellent corrosion resistance, and can still maintain good insulation properties in corrosive gases, acids and alkalis and other harsh environments.
