Enameled aluminum wire is made of pure aluminum wire as conductor, covered with insulating materials (such as UE, PE, EI, AI, etc.) and baked in high temperature oven. Enameled aluminum wire has high breakdown voltage and high strength.

Advantages of enameled aluminum wire
1) Compared with enameled copper wire, enameled aluminum wire is easier to wind, and there is a solid oxide film on the surface of enameled aluminum wire, which makes it have good insulation effect and long service life.
2) Due to the good insulation effect of aluminum layer, the heat-resistant temperature is 20 degrees higher than that of copper wire;
3、The weight of aluminum used is 1/3 of pure copper, which greatly reduces the production cost.
