The three-phase lead wire of new energy flat wire motor refers to the interface of the three-phase wire inside the motor, which is usually led out from the motor through cables or wires, and is used to connect the motor to the inverter or other control devices to realize the control of the motor drive. In new energy vehicles, flat-wire motors are a common type of motor, which use new coil structures and materials and are characterized by high efficiency, high power density, high reliability, low noise and vibration levels. Motor control requires the use of power electronic devices, such as inverters, to transmit control signals to the internal motor through the three-phase leads to control the motor's rotational speed and output torque, thus realizing the vehicle's drive.



Quantity and Arrangement: The three-phase leads of new energy flat-wire motors are usually three, representing the three phases of the motor, i.e., phase A, phase B, and phase C. The three-phase leads are connected to the motor's stator and the motor's stator. These connecting wires usually lead from the slots of the motor stator winding and are arranged in a certain way for connection to external circuits.

Color Marking: For easy identification and connection, each phase of wires is usually marked with a different color. The most common color codes are red, yellow and blue for phases A, B and C, respectively. This color coding makes it easier to distinguish and connect the leads during installation and maintenance.

Typically, these wires are connected to the motor drive or electrical system through a junction box or terminal block.  INSULATION AND PROTECTION: Three-phase wires must be insulated to prevent short circuits and insulation breakdowns between wires or between wires and other components. The quality of the insulating materials and insulation is essential to ensure the safety and reliability of the motor.

When installing and using a new energy flat motor, it is important to properly connect the three-phase leads to the external circuit. Ensure that the connecting wires are correctly color-coded, follow the connection guidelines provided by the motor manufacturer, and pay attention to insulation and protective measures to ensure smooth operation and safety of the motor.
