High-power transformer wire enamel includes the following parts by weight of raw materials: ethylene glycol urea polyoxyethylene ether methacrylate 50 parts, polyethylene glycol diacrylate 28 parts, hydroxyethyl methacrylate 8 parts, anhydride-type curing agent 4 parts, hydroxyethyl methacrylate 1.5 parts, 4 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 4 parts of ternary multicarboxylic acid, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons 1 parts, 25 parts of the mixture, 30 parts of the composite solvent, leveling agent 1.5 parts, initiator 0.5 parts, crosslinking agent 0.6 parts, dispersant 1 part;
Wherein the compound mixture is made of calcium carbonate nanopowder, sodium bentonite, and magnesium oxide mixed at a weight ratio of 7:3:1;
Wherein the compound solvent is obtained by mixing methyl isobutyl ketone, butyl acetate, and L-phenylalanine at a weight ratio of 9:4.5:1.
Wherein said mixture is dried and processed under vacuum at a temperature of 80°C for 2.5 hours before use and then ground to a particle size of 20-400 nm; said anhydride-type curing agent is phthalic anhydride; said leveling agent is acrylic resin and polymethylphenylsiloxane mixed at a weight ratio of 1:3 to be obtained; said initiator is potassium persulphate; said cross-linking agent is N-hydroxymethacrylamide; said dispersant is oleylamine acetate.
Among them, its preparation method is as follows: dispersing the liquid at a temperature of 50 ℃, at a high speed of 3400 rpm, then adding it to a mill and grinding it until the particle size is less than 20 μm, which is obtained.
After testing, its water absorption rate is 0.65%, its impact strength reaches 53.8 kgcm, and its impact strength retention rate reaches 98.6% when it is administered at a temperature of 300°C for 12 hours.
