Enameled aluminum wire is one of the main types of winding wire, which is composed of a conductor and an insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked many times. The enameled wire is divided into flat type, round type and square type, used for long-term refrigeration equipment and chemically corroded electrical equipment, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, epoxy cast transformers, iron separators, electromagnets and other electromechanical equipment.

The enameled aluminum wire is made of aluminum conductor and insulation materials, the insulation materials mainly include UEW, PEW and AIW, the temperature class 130℃, 155℃, 180℃, 200℃, 220℃ and 240℃. The color is natural and beautiful.

1. Acetal enameled wire with two thermal grades of 105 and 120, used in the windings of oil-immersed transformers and oil-filled motors.
