Enameled copper wire is one of the main types of winding wire, which is composed of a conductor and an insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked many times.

The enameled wire is divided into flat type, round type and square type, used for long-term refrigeration equipment and chemically corroded electrical equipment, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, epoxy cast transformers, iron separators, electromagnets and other electromechanical equipment.

Types of enameled wire

1. Acetal enameled wire with two thermal grades of 105 and 120, used in the windings of oil-immersed transformers and oil-filled motors.

It is widely used in refrigerator compressors, air-conditioning compressors, electric tools, explosion-proof motors and motors and electrical appliances used under high temperature, high cold, radiation resistance, and overload conditions.
