Paper Covered Wire Cable paper covered wire is the winding wire and its condutor is made of oxygen-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod through a certain specifications of the extrusion mould or after drawing wire and annealing treatment, and then the copper (aluminum) conductor is wrapped on two or more than two layers of insulating paper (including telephone paper, cable paper, high voltage cable paper, turn-to-turn insulation paper), suitable for oil-immersed transformer coil and other similar electrical winding thread.

Telephone cable paper covered aluminum wire, also known as plain paper covered insulated aluminum, according to customer requirements, in the aluminum conductor winding three or more layers of cable paper or telephone paper. Plain paper covered wire is oil immersed transformer coil and similar electrical coil of special material, after the immersion using temperature index of 105℃. According to customer requirements, and can be divided into phone paper, cable paper, high voltage cable paper, paper and other winding insulation.

* One paper applied with 64-66% overlap-equivalent to 3 papers.
